Purchasing Your Art
Payment can be made via Paypal (all credit or debit cards), bank cheques, sterling bank drafts and postal orders.
Once you have found a painting that you like just click on the Buy Now Paypal button. You will be able to pay with your credit or debit card even if you do not have a Paypal account. A confirmation email will be sent to you within a few hours to confirm your order and dispatch details.
Alternatively payment is accepted by cheques drawn on a UK bank account. If you wish to pay by cheque please email your order quoting the following information:-
• DESIGN TITLE
• NAME AND ADDRESS ( INCLUDING POSTCODE )
• CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER

Shipping Your Artwork
I offer free delivery on any artwork that is sent to a UK mainland address.
Artwork is dispatched via a reputable courier from Spain. delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days

Artwork is dispatched within 2 working days after payment has cleared.
All artwork is carefully packaged with extra thick bubble wrap & strong recycled cardboard. I want your artwork to arrive in perfect condition. I will email you on the day of dispatch with full tracking details and expected delivery date. All deliveries will require a signature.
Created To Order
Certain paintings are available as 'created to order' just click the 'Buy Now' button and pay in ther normal way. You will receive an order confirmation by return. Please see my Bespoke Gallery for some examples.
'Created to Order' artwork will be in the same colours, size & basic design as the original. However as the artwork is quite free flowing and each painting is original and unique there will be a little difference from the original. Also please be aware that colours will not exactly match a computer screen and colours may vary from one computer to another. Made to order items take approximately 14 - 21 days to allow adequate drying time between layers of texture, paint & varnish. You will be emailed an image of the painting for approval before shipping.

Bespoke Commission Paintings
For those who would like something individually painted for them a commission could be the perfect solution.
Once the commission is agreed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required and is taken upfront to cover costs & time involved. After the painting has been completed, you will be emailed a photo of the finished piece, on approval and paying the remaining 50% a delivery time will then be confirmed.
On average commissions can take up to 28 days to complete, however this is dependent on the type of artwork and my current workload - I usually hope to complete in 14 - 21 days. Once I have received your deposit I will hope to give you a better estimate of shipping time. Questions? click here to find out more

Please note: Due to commissions being custom made to your requirements, I am unable to cancel your order once payment is taken and the artwork would be non-returnable.

Certificate of Authenticity
Each piece of artwork is sold together with a signed and dated certificate of authenticity.
The artwork will be signed and titled on the back and initialled on the front.

Returns Policy
In the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return your painting for any reason other than damage in transit, please notify me immediately and return the piece in its original condition and packaging within 14 days by an insured delivery service. The buyer must pay for the return shipping costs. A refund of the original purchase price less outward shipping costs will be authorised once the painting is received back in perfect condition for re-sale. If a painting is received in a damaged state please contact me as soon as possible and keep all packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
